Job Overview: IKTAR is looking for driven and dynamic Business Development Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our corporate events, training workshops, seminars, and webinars to corporate clients. If you are passionate about building client relationships, achieving business results, and driving growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and target corporate clients and businesses that could benefit from our corporate training and event solutions.
  • Sales and Outreach: Promote our training programs, workshops, and webinars through direct outreach (email, phone, social media), online marketing, and networking events.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales by meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly targets for registrations, bookings, and sales of our training and event solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for new business.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful delivery of corporate events, training workshops, seminars, and webinars.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, leads generated, and revenue achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in corporate events, training, or consulting.
  • Proven Results: A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue and business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently to corporate clients.
  • Networking Abilities: Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop strategic connections.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
