We are seeking Junior HSE Consultants to join our team and work on exciting projects with IKTAR. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing HSE systems and ensuring quality assurance in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and execution of HSE systems in alignment with ISO 45001 and other relevant standards.
  • Conduct gap analyses, audits, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and update HSE documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs to build internal capacity and a culture of safety.
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented systems and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HSE-related matters during the project duration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE system implementation and quality assurance, preferably in the chemical, dyes, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of conducting training and delivering impactful results.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
