Business Development Executive – Public and Social Sector (Local and International)
We are a management consulting and training company looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a proven track record of winning projects from public and social sector organizations in Pakistan and abroad. The ideal candidate will have experience in bidding, proposal writing, and follow-up to win projects under highly competitive business environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our client base in the public and social sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and their needs.
- Develop customized proposals that meet client requirements and win new projects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the bidding process, including reviewing RFPs, coordinating with technical teams, and developing project budgets.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the timely delivery of quality work.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing, with a focus on winning projects from public and social sector organizations in Pakistan and abroad.
- Proven track record of successfully winning and delivering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong contacts in corporate, public, and social sector organizations.
- Willingness to travel.
