Uzma Mustafa is a highly skilled trainer and coach with over 15 years of experience in the training industry. She specializes in Advanced Facilitation, Training, and Coaching and holds a PGD in Supply Chain and Engineering Management from ZTE University Shenzen, China. Uzma was awarded the best Corporate Trainer award in 2021 by PTCL Learning Academy, and has trained over 5000 corporate employees in PTCL and Ufone. She is also a certified trainer of IEP (Institute of Engineers Pakistan) and has conducted several trainings at IEP. Uzma has a rich and diversified work experience in Sales Management, Emotional Intelligence, Human Resource Development, Effective Decision Making & Problem Solving, Professional Grooming, and workplace ethics. She is an enthusiastic trainer and a passionate coach, and designs and facilitates in-house customized training workshops for employees of Multinational and National Companies.
