๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities:

โœ… Training Strategy & Implementation โ€“ Develop and execute L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
โœ… Training Program Development โ€“ Design, implement, and evaluate leadership, soft skills, and technical training programs.
โœ… Needs Assessment โ€“ Identify learning gaps through TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and collaborate with stakeholders for improvement.
โœ… E-Learning & Digital Training โ€“ Introduce blended learning solutions including e-learning, virtual training, and interactive workshops.
โœ… Talent Development โ€“ Design career development programs to build leadership pipelines within the organization.
โœ… Performance Measurement โ€“ Monitor and analyze training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback systems.
โœ… Stakeholder Collaboration โ€“ Work closely with department heads, HR teams, and senior leadership to align training programs with business needs.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Required Qualifications & Experience:

โœ”๏ธ Education: Masterโ€™s/Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Certifications in L&D, Coaching, or Training Methodologies are a plus.
โœ”๏ธ Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the financial sector or a corporate environment.
โœ”๏ธ Skills & Expertise:
๐Ÿ”น Strong knowledge of adult learning principles & instructional design
๐Ÿ”น Expertise in TNA, leadership development, and competency-based training
๐Ÿ”น Ability to manage LMS (Learning Management Systems) & digital learning tools
๐Ÿ”น Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
๐Ÿ”น Proven ability to drive training ROI and performance improvement
