🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Training Strategy & Implementation – Develop and execute L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
✅ Training Program Development – Design, implement, and evaluate leadership, soft skills, and technical training programs.
✅ Needs Assessment – Identify learning gaps through TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and collaborate with stakeholders for improvement.
✅ E-Learning & Digital Training – Introduce blended learning solutions including e-learning, virtual training, and interactive workshops.
✅ Talent Development – Design career development programs to build leadership pipelines within the organization.
✅ Performance Measurement – Monitor and analyze training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback systems.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with department heads, HR teams, and senior leadership to align training programs with business needs.
🛠️ Required Qualifications & Experience:
✔️ Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Certifications in L&D, Coaching, or Training Methodologies are a plus.
✔️ Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the financial sector or a corporate environment.
✔️ Skills & Expertise:
🔹 Strong knowledge of adult learning principles & instructional design
🔹 Expertise in TNA, leadership development, and competency-based training
🔹 Ability to manage LMS (Learning Management Systems) & digital learning tools
🔹 Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
🔹 Proven ability to drive training ROI and performance improvement
